Luxton Aesthetics (LA) practises from 10 clinics throughout Essex, Kent and London. All appointments must be made through the LA bookings line, 07739755303. LA can also be contacted via Instagram, Facebook, Messenger and Twitter.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required when cancelling or rearranging an appointment. A £30 charge will be incurred if 48 hours’ notice is not given and the slot cannot be filled.
On the very rare occasion, an appointment may need to be rearranged by LA. No charge will be incurred by the client.
A 30-minute time slot is allocated per appointment. This includes a consultation. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting the appointment. LA will always endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time, and will keep you informed of any delays.
Follow-up appointments are offered between 2-4 weeks’ post treatment – a Botox® top up during this period is carried out free of charge. Top ups cannot be given past the 4-week period and will incur a charge if needed. If a top up appointment is missed, another appointment may not be available.
Payments, Vouchers & Promotions:
All payments for treatments must be paid directly to LA, in the form of a cash or card payment.
Vouchers can be purchased and used towards all treatments at LA. They have 6 months’ validity from the purchase date. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
Only one promotional discount can be used per person. The discount can be redeemed against one treatment. LA offers a loyalty discount of 20% at the 6th appointment (top ups are not included) – the 20% can be deducted from the cost of one treatment.
All treatments are non-refundable once undertaken. However, we will always review treatments as required and offer 2-4-week follow up appointments when necessary.
A medical history and consent form must be completed prior to all treatments. The client MUST inform the practitioner of anything that may affect the procedure, including current medication and recent surgery. All details provided are for LA’s use only and will be kept confidential (see GDPR policy for further information).
The practitioner will run through the after-care and post treatment instructions at the end of the procedure. These must be adhered to.
